Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers paid licenses sold by Tianxin Wang under the MacHands brand (also MacDisk AI / 外盘智管). Mac App Store in-app purchase is the primary paid path — Apple’s App Store refund rules apply when you buy through Apple.

2. Money-back window

For direct / backup purchases (planned via Paddle $49 one-time or another processor we designate), you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the order completion date, once that channel is live.

Statutory rights in your country are not displaced by this policy.

3. How to request a refund

Email wangtianxin666@icloud.com with your order email, transaction / order ID, approximate purchase date, and an optional brief reason.

Apple App Store orders: Use Apple’s purchase support — we cannot override Apple’s refund decisions.

4. After a refund

If a refund is granted, license entitlements for that purchase may be revoked. Cancel or manage renewals (if any future subscription SKU is offered) in the customer portal of the provider you used.
