本软件是 Tianxin Wang 以 MacHands 品牌发布的免费 MIT 开源代理桥：菜单栏 App、CLI/MCP，以及可自建的中继。它不是磁盘工具，不是 DataDance，也不是 MacDisk。与 Apple Inc. 无隶属关系。「Mac」和「macOS」是 Apple Inc. 的商标。

2. 本软件做什么

MacHands 让云端 AI 代理在你授权的范围内使用你自己的 Mac：执行命令、传文件、截屏、键鼠等。你可以选开发者、只读、或逐条审批，也可以随时暂停或撤销配对。

你负责选择权限、备份数据，以及代理用这双手做什么。任意命令都有风险。中继请自建，见 relay/README.md。

3. 许可

  • 源码以 MIT License 提供，以仓库中的 LICENSE 为准。
  • 没有付费服务。
  • MIT 允许使用、复制、修改、分发，软件按「原样」提供，且须保留版权与许可声明。
  • MacHands 名称与标识仍由维护者持有。

4. 没有付费服务

本站与本软件不出售任何东西。v0.3.1 是源码发布，没有已签名的 App 附件。请从 GitHub 取源码。

5. 可接受使用

你同意不利用本软件违法或侵害他人权利；不把它说成 Apple、Anthropic、OpenAI 或 xAI 的官方产品。

6. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，本软件按「原样」提供，不提供适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的保证。让代理在你的 Mac 上执行命令有固有风险。法律不允许排除的责任除外，维护者不对间接或后果性损害（包括数据损失）负责。

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using MacHands (“the Software”), you understand these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The Software is a free MIT open-source agent bridge published by Tianxin Wang: a menu-bar app, CLI/MCP, and a relay you self-host. It is not a disk tool, not DataDance, and not MacDisk. It is not affiliated with Apple Inc. “Mac” and “macOS” are trademarks of Apple Inc.

2. What the Software does

MacHands lets a cloud AI agent use your Mac within the scope you grant: commands, files, screenshots, keyboard and mouse, and similar actions. You can choose developer, read-only, or ask-every-time, and you can pause or revoke pairing at any time.

You choose permissions, keep backups, and own what the agent does with those hands. Arbitrary commands are risky. Self-host the relay; see relay/README.md.

3. License

  • Source is offered under the MIT License. The LICENSE file in the repo controls.
  • There is no paid service.
  • MIT allows use, copy, modify, and distribute. The Software is provided “as is,” and you must keep the copyright and license notice.
  • The MacHands name and marks stay with the maintainer.

4. No paid service

This site and the Software do not sell anything. v0.3.1 is a source release with no signed app attached. Get the source from GitHub.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software to break the law or harm others’ rights, and not to present it as an official Apple, Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI product.

6. Disclaimer and limit

To the extent the law allows, the Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Letting an agent run commands on your Mac is inherently risky. Except where liability cannot be limited, the maintainer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss.
